2. TAKE A FEW DEEP BREATHS AND REACH FOR A BETTER THOUGHT.
Reach for a more positive thought. Reach for a thought that makes you feel better.
Turn your attention and your thoughts to things that make you feel safe, that give you comfort.
Then reach for another better feeling thought and another. Before you know it, you’ll have found a safe harbor.
3. FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL AND TAKE ACTION.
